RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

YOUR IMPACT

This is a full-time role providing administrative assistance to the technology division in London. This is a demanding role that requires a highly proactive, motivated and organised individual who is able to multitask, prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management. Candidates must also have a proven track record in event planning and execution, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook is also preferred.

 

 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Process Leavers / transfers / New Starters
  • Liaise with Global CoS - approvals / approvers
  • RMS Tree Org Admin maintenance
  • Artemis (time keeping) management
  • Provide guidance on booking travel and visas
  • Organise training and learning events
  • Provide guidance on conference rooms and facilitating audio visual
  • Support visiting MDs with office space, building access and some diary management
  • Desk Assessment Occupational Health Orders
  • Special Requests
  • Timely and Specific Communication emails to BUs around FAQ
