We are seeking a business analyst at the Vice President corporate level to join our Liquidity Platform team within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM)’s Shareholder Services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing strategic business-related projects that involve the business processes, technology and vendor activities that make up the life cycle of the Liquidity Solutions platform. Specifically, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Liquidity Solutions platformand technology team to deliver on and align the strategic business plan.

Within GSAM, the Global Shareholder Services group is a global sales aligned service organization that provides high quality service and solutions to clients. Through its client service model, Shareholder Services enables distribution of GSAM investment products, provides consultative services, scale and controls, all while focused on being accretive financially to the business. Within Shareholder Services, we have a team that manages a proprietary online platform that provides best-in-class reporting, analytics, trade execution and fund information across a broad spectrum of global GSAM and non-GSAM money market mutual funds.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
The responsibilities can include a wide range of activities along the entire project lifecycle and can involve a variety of different types of projects. Typical project responsibilities may include strategic roadmaps, scope definitions, requirements gathering, business requirement writing, process design, implementations, testing and, importantly, communicating status and escalating issues as appropriate. The Business Analyst is expected to interact and maintain relationships with business area sponsors, key stakeholders, as well as other key constituencies such as external system vendors and internal technology teams, taking the lead and acting as the point person for all these groups while a project progresses through its different stages, up to and through completion.
