Are you passionate about marketing, communications, and using digital and other creative channels to reach your audience?  We’re looking for an associate who wants to use their skills and ideas to help us demonstrate that Goldman Sachs is an employer of choice for both job seekers and current employees.  We have an excellent new position available on our Marketing & Communications team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division.

As a division, HCM recruits, develops, and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs.  Our teams advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results.  

 

The HCM Marketing and Communications team oversees the strategy and implementation of the firm’s global employer branding initiatives.  Our goal is to attract talented students and experienced individuals from all academic and professional backgrounds through an integrated and multi-channel marketing and communications approach.  In addition, we collaborate with all areas of HCM to design and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies to build awareness of, and participation in, our employee programs. 

 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Support employer of choice outreach efforts, collaborating with Recruiting, Brand and Content Strategy, Corporate Communications and various HCM teams
  • Bring the Goldman Sachs brand to life through traditional and digital marketing, social media, partnerships and other innovative channels
  • Oversee the marketing planning and execution for unique student engagement initiatives
  • Manage relationships and workflows with external agencies and internal creative services teams to drive marketing innovation and flawless execution to achieve marketing goals
  • Participate in all careers video ideation, talent selection, production and editing and distribution.  Manage inventory and edits to current video assets
  • Support all market research and audience insights efforts as well as performance metrics reporting and analytics
  • Conduct and analyze market research, competitor benchmarking and audience insights to inform and optimize marketing efforts

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or communications related role
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow through, holds task owners accountable and works effectively to deadlines
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, driving consensus across many points of view and influencing outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong business writer who can focus on concise and meaningful messaging
  • Results-oriented - ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while contributing to a longer term, strategic focus
  • Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships across different levels, functions, and regions
  • Market research/audience insights data analysis and reporting a plus
  • Prior experience in a human resources or recruiting function not required
