RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a professional to join the Macro Systematic Trading Strategy (STS) Desk Strat team. This person will hold a key front-office role responsible for developing our platform for systematic hedging solutions for clients.

 

We are assembling a team that is building out an automated risk management offering with a focus on Passive Currency Overlay, and are interested in recruiting people who know what clients value to help with developing the product set and technology. We work directly with colleagues across structuring, trading, and sales on projects with high commercial impact across the FICC asset classes. The role will cover the full spectrum of researching, implementing and maintaining systematic hedging solutions.

 

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic background in a quantitative or technical discipline
  • Advanced coding and software design skills
  • Understanding of financial math concepts, e.g. Black Scholes pricing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, demonstrating initiative and showing commercial impact
  • Can apply an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving and product development
  • Experience within FX Derivatives
