    The Business Resilience function is responsible for ensuring that viable and compliant resilience plans and solutions are in place for the Engineering division from a business and technology perspective. Experience and prudent knowledge of business continuity and resilience are required together with strong interpersonal and analytical skills for this role. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining business continuity planning and crisis management planning/execution in the event of a business disruption. You will oversee and consult with our lines of business on impact and risk analyses and ensure that plans are defined for each business unit. You will work collaboratively with the crisis management and technology disaster recovery teams to evaluate the current organizational, process, and resource recovery strategies, and recommend changes accordingly. This includes setting test objectives, including recovery KPIs and planning scheduled tests.


    Job Summary
    • • Partner in designing and executing a robust business continuity strategy identify critical business functions/applications and create recovery plans
    • • Partner with Technology Business Leaders to ensure critical applications supporting the business are recoverable, and that the recoverability is tested regularly
    • • Perform annual tests on business continuity program and maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
    • • Partner with Operational Risk Management and Analysis (ORMA) and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory requirements are being met, and respond to audit requests and other inquiries
    • • Command our crisis management efforts in high stress and high pressure situations
    • • Experience with data driven risk management processes and taking a risk focused view on resilience. Ability to determine risks within the program and identify areas for development and mitigation.
    • • Conduct and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) of business workflows and gain an understanding of the business needs to promote the appropriate use of resources to create relevant solutions and workarounds during a business outage event
    • • Drive efforts around education, awareness and adoption of the BCP program within the Engineering division
    • • Strong process and project management skills with the ability to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

    • • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and maintain relationships with employees of all levels
    • • Expertise in data analysis with Tableau and/or QlikView experience preferred
    Preferred Qualification
    • • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills required
    • • 3+ years of experience in the business resilience space shaping program strategy with recent experience in the implementation of program uplift and change
