    BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW

    The Realty Management Division (RMD) leverages proven best practices, team experience, and market knowledge in delivering investment and asset management services. RMD provides loan and real estate investment services and asset management to investments where Goldman Sachs has an interest, serving as a partner to other divisions across the firm, including Merchant Banking, Securities and Investment Management. The Realty Management Division has offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Portfolio Management is a business unit within the Realty Management Division (RMD) of Goldman Sachs in the firm's Munich office.


    Role Overview

    Goldman Sachs Services Private Ltd. is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the US Real Estate Asset Management team. The successful candidate will support the US Asset Management team throughout the life of an asset, be involved with all key asset management functions including property performance monitoring and reporting, budgeting and strategic planning and collaboration with external parties. The successful candidate will be expected to offer an analytical approach to improve processes and provide useful reporting and insights. A successful candidate will be flexible, accommodating, comfortable interacting with multiple lines of business, and managing their time between a high volume of time-sensitive projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with multiple business lines to understand and meet their information needs
    • Manage commercial leases and rent rolls
    • Monitor and track multifamily debt collection process
    • Maintain construction tracking system and incoming pipeline
    • Track and upload key reports
    • Assist in deal closing process and manage post-closing obligations
    • Perform market research

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university
    • Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
    • Team player
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Able to work under tight time constraints
    • Able to manage, organize and improve current processes
    • Experience with Tableau and SSRS or other report automation software a plus
    • Asset management and ARGUS experience a plus
