    HCM Infra – Bangalore

    Shift- 2PM-11PM (IST)

    Divisional Overview:

    HCM (Human Capital Management) Services is responsible for designing and managing the firm’s core employee data system and HCM service delivery strategy. We provide management and advisory services related to the processes, technologies and vendors that manage the employment and personal data of the Firm’s employees. This is a dynamic team with broad responsibilities and global interaction with a diverse set of stakeholders.

     

    Role overview:

    Functional Consultant on HCM’s LMS (Learning Management System) and CHIP (Campus Hire Integration Platform) providing global support on various processes related to these systems.

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Technical lead for the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and Campus hire integration systems (CHIP)
    • Project manage the firm’s global new hire integration programs and maintain related HR information systems
    • Facilitate requirement gathering meetings and provide consultative support
    • Consult with divisions on their training requirements and provide advice on potential learning solutions
    • Support the firm’s global intern performance appraisal systems and process
    • Assist in seamless functioning of the LMS system and CHIP (feed issues, site blocks, technical issues from GS side)
    • Re-engineer various LMS/CHIP related processes by automating or by establishing streamlined and efficient processes
    • Provide global support and training to administrators and end-users for the technologies and operational processes supporting numerous HCM functions
    • Engage with various external eLearning providers for implementing new learning and development content
    • Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure smooth functioning of the LMS
    • Performing user acceptance testing for new Learning Initiatives
    • Manage the design, development and implementation of new learning tools and systems-(GSU mapping tool/Data load wizard)
    • System testing and implementation the new releases related to LMS
    • Develop, analyze and provide HCM operations related metrics to leadership
    • Oversee the operations performed by the HCM operations’ vendor teams
    • Troubleshoot escalated issues from vendor & manage general queries
    • Manage adhoc learning related projects

     

    Basic Qualification:

    Work Experience: Minimum 3-6 years’ work experience Consulting / Learning Management System / Human Capital environment (preferable- sound knowledge of LMS systems and program/project management);
    Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment.

     

    Preferred Competencies:

    • Technical Expertise: Prior experience of working on LMS systems/Onboarding systems and Excel skills
    • Functional Expertise: Knowledge of HR business processes (Learning and program management primarily)
    • Drive & Motivation: Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently; take necessary action without being asked; work intensely towards challenging goals; persists in the face of obstacles or setbacks. Attention to detail and proven ability to deliver with accuracy and thoroughness.
    • Teamwork: Strong ability to develop relationships and partner with clients, colleagues and vendors.
    • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
