    Rocaton is looking for an Asset Allocation Specialist to join its growing team. The individual will contribute to the firm’s asset allocation and asset/liability research effort.  The team performs research on topics pertaining to asset allocation that are of general interest to clients and also supports client asset allocation projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include researching and analyzing asset allocation research topics, contributing to the firm’s development of capital market forecasts, and assisting consultants on client asset allocation projects. 



    • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or Actuary preferred
    • Excellent communication skills both written, and verbal
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word         
    • Project management skills including ability to organize and track multiple projects in parallel, delivery on tight timelines, and a hands-on approach to resolving issues

    • Highly organized, with attention-to-detail and excellent follow-through
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment with flexibility and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation
    • Intellectual curiosity
    • Some market experience
    • Min.of 5+ year’s relevant experience preferred
