    Job Title: Functional Lead – HCM Ops & Risk Management

    HCM (Human Capital Management) Operations and Risk Management is responsible for designing and managing the firm’s core employee data systems and HCM service delivery strategy. HCM Operations is a dynamic team with broad responsibilities and interaction with numerous teams around the globe. We implement leading edge HCM technologies to optimize process and operational efficiency, ensuring that all HCM data is compliant with internal and external requirements.  This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the full breath of HCM activities. 




    • Responsible for supporting Contingent Worker (CW) processes and ensuring data integrity in HRIS
    • Maintains a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms in each system; works with technology partners and HRO vendors to investigate issues & queries, assess impacts and formulate and propose solutions as required
    • Provide support / guidance / governance to Vendor teams with respective to issues and escalations related to Global CW data management operations
    • Manage projects with systems impacts such as onboarding and off boarding of CWs based on business needs (i.e. acquisitions) and other regulatory related requirements
    • Owns ongoing global review of standard operating procedures for recurring activities such as table updates (Vendor Names), mass changes, and data audits. Owns and updates related documentation, and champions strong documentation practices
    • Works with Global team members to provide advice / guidance to clients and stakeholders (DCVT / DVMTs)
    • Work with Divisional stakeholders to continuously review cross regional processes and identify opportunities for consolidation / streamlining, with aim of developing a more comprehensive global support model where feasible
    • Key contact for managing CW Strategy and Management updates and communications
    • SPOC for managing key CW audits (External and Internal)
    • Participate in the design and implementation of future state CW processes and systems; develop and update process flow documents, perform UAT and manage post implementation issues




    • Strong HR operations / HR technology experience – ideally including experience of change management in this area, e.g. out-sourcing, in-sourcing of significant HR delivery solutions
    • Strong project management, organizational and facilitation skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to gain consensus and work collaboratively Good teamwork/people management/client focus
    • Clear innovation/creativity/problem solving skills
    • Experience in managing vendors
    • Experience in HCM Cloud implementation
