JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a division, HCM recruits, develops, and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs. Our teams advise, design, and implement strategies, processes, and technologies that help our people advance professionally, drive productivity, and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results.
The Talent Metrics and Reporting team works closely with Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Engagement, Org Research and Recruiting functions to provide data intelligence, analytics, process insights, project management and expertise around talent data. The team partners both with internal and external HCM clients to provide data-focused insights that empower HCM to meet its strategic goals and improve HCM delivery to divisions. Services include streamlining processes through re-engineering and automation, data governance, enhancing reporting and analytical capabilities and strengthening stakeholder engagement.
