    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Detailed Responsibilities

     

    • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and current operating procedures; assist the team to gather and document operational requirement, and ensure it’s integrated into our existing protocols and procedures
    • Work with the vendors and team to implement robust controls in our existing processes and mitigate operational risks
    • Build relationship with stakeholders and work to identify oneself as a subject matter expert
    • Work with Vendors, Technology and Stakeholders team to manage the changes to the applications owned by HCM Ops and Risk Management
    • Work with Vendor and Risk management vertical to review and structure the existing contract per the firm’s best practices
    • Participate in design of new systems or process improvements
    • Investigate issues / queries in applications reported by Data Management and Production Support teams. Determine if breaks are data or software related and recommend solutions to appropriate technology teams
    • Priotitze Change Requests to address software enhancement/defects, including describing requested change, business justification and preliminary impacts; review with management for approval
    • Draft and/or review UAT scripts created by business users, vendors and other partners for accuracy and completeness. Make changes to scripts to enhance their effectiveness
    • Contribute to the maintenance of system functional documentation, including application data dictionary, process maps, user procedures, edits and validations, report specifications, interface specifications, training and system flow diagrams.

    Core Competencies

     

    • Minimum 4 years work experience in HR systems and operations. Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment
    • Technical Expertise – Knowledge of systems analysis, architecture and information technology solutions
