    OUR IMPACT

    The Asia Pacific Hospitality Operations and Event Management Senior Analyst / Associate is a member of the Corporate Services team with specific management responsibility for delivering excellence in events and conferences in addition to in-office dining, conference, and reception services in Asia Pacific offices.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

     

    HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

    Primarily, the Hospitality Operations and Event Management Senior Analyst / Associate role encompasses the below parameters:

    • Work with the Regional Hospitality Lead to support operations across the region to:
      • Deliver Hospitality services across Food, Reception and Conferencing to GS offices and to Global Service Standards
      • Develop and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders across the firm
      • Operational Management and Control including enforcement of Firm policies, vendor resourcing, pricing and service levels
      • Manage operational relationship with on-site service providers to mitigate risk, particularly in food safety and health & safety
      • Manage the Firm’s commercial exposure with the vendor, and oversee the budget and planning process for on-site programs
      • Manage quality and execution in on-site facilities. Partner with operating partners (e.g. Facilities, Real Estate) to drive improvements to amenity space as required
      • Ensure efficient asset allocation & yield management
      • Drive vendor adherence to KPIs & SLAs to support improvement across the business
      • Meet client needs for a unique, superior and best-in-class experience
      • Manage employee and client engagement programs across the region
    • Partners with revenue divisions stakeholders in the commercial management, service excellence and best practices and innovation opportunities in the events delivered in region
    • Partners with vendor teams and is accountable for the oversight, management and execution of divisional events
    • Financial Controls and reporting – responsible for building an accurate and thorough project and event budget and adherence to that budget.
    • Operational vendor management - driving the seamless integration of vendor services to a ‘one team’ model
      • Develops & manages commercial relationships, service providers and strategic partners
      • Liaison with revenue partners on industry trends & relationship with firm clients
      • Manages significant RFPs
      • Vendor Management Office and Procurement Contract Management liaison
    • Take a lead role on environmental management
    • Be an ambassador for the CSRE brand and promote it through marketing communication

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an operational manager with front of house hospitality experience in a 5 star environment  
    • Proficiency/fluency in an Asian language
    • Creative strategist and problem solver who delivers dynamic solutions
    • Proven track record of delivering service excellence
    • Strong commercial skills, with experience in marketing communications to internal and external audiences
    • Strong relationship management – ability to engage and influence partners and drive service excellence through these relationships
    • Familiarity with Risk management processes
    • Ability to develop credibility with clients at all levels within the Firm and with a diverse vendor population
    • First class communication, presentation and strategic planning skills with strong emphasis on managing by objectives and performance measurement
    • Experience aligning functional strategy with overall business strategy and/or client’s business strategy
    • Personal integrity, initiative, leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Managerial experience in Food Services
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
    • Demonstrated client service focus and ability to build relationships across different levels, functions and regions
    • Results-oriented -- ability to balance multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining a longer term, strategic focus
