TERM executes a first line of defence role within the Investment Banking Division and houses the chief underwriting office, the loan negotiation group and a team of ISDA negotiators.
This role will act as a support function to the Onboarding Coordinator for the IBD Corporate Derivatives business. The successful candidate will be expected to assist them in liaising with the business team to set priorities for workflow, managing the KYC requirements, ensuring that clients are onboarded smoothly and liaising with internal stakeholders and the ISDA negotiators in respect of the ISDA execution approval process.
Corporate Derivatives is a dynamic business area with a diverse set of clients resulting in a wide ranging set of tasks that need to be managed accordingly. We expect the candidate to have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain an internal network to allow them to onboard clients efficiently.
The candidate should have a keen interest in Investment Banking, legal documentation and process improvement. We expect the candidate to have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job as they will eventually be tasked with independently managing onboardings for their own business areas and dealing with those clients directly.
