    Transaction Banking Operations partners with all parts of the firm to provide front to back services to transaction banking clients around the world, ranging from client onboarding, client services to transaction execution. We also provide essential risk management and controls to support the Transaction Banking business. For every new product launched and every client on-boarded, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.



    • Work closely with the Escrow product manager to define the escrow product offerings
    • Partner with engineering, risk, legal and compliance and other operational teams to deliver the product roadmap
    • Join the client onboarding process where required to facilitate the account opening and configuration process
    • Establish the system capability and the operational control framework
    • Own the establishment, implementation and execution of the operational control framework for escrow account life cycle management, covering but not limited to
    • Agreement review
    • Payment disbursement control execution
    • Client interaction
    • Tax reporting
    • Statement distribution
    • Account closure

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 4+ years of escrow experience within the transaction banking industry
    • Mission Driven: Must be a strong believer in the team and mission
    • Inclusive Culture: Considerate to the cultural differences of team and a diverse user-base
    • Team player with experience of working in a large team and global team
    • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in client-facing roles
    • Ability to drive revenue opportunities for Transaction Banking products across client base as well as client strategy
    • Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
    • Excel at partnering with key stakeholders across the firm to deliver “One Goldman Sachs” to clients
    • Ability to collaborate with business and cross-divisional partners while navigating and influencing the organization
    • Self-motivated individual interested in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving organization
