Fees and Commission Operations is seeking a professional who is looking for an opportunity to apply their financial and risk management skills and contribute to process improvement projects.
Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and control to preserve and enhance the firm’s assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
From locations around the globe we support our global Securities and Futures business by ensuring that our client and firm’s clearing, exchange and regulatory fees are accurately managed. The accurate management of these fees is critical to the profitability of our organization.
In order to ensure the validation, allocation and business support responsibilities for this process are handled in a professional manner we employ a suite of skills including but not limited to: technical skills – business analytic and system automation abilities; interpersonal skills – explaining complex items in a simple manner; and risk management – data analysis to control risks impacting client and firm P&L.
