    The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advice across a large range of asset classes for high net worth individuals.     Goldman Sachs Consumer & Investment Management is looking for an experienced full-stack engineer for a lead architect role in a global software engineering team, based in Salt Lake City. The opportunity is to lead teams and shape architecture for solutions that manage a large portion of the $1.76T Assets Under Supervision. Solutions range from Client and Advisor facing tools, to high volume and high value transaction processing to complex reference data and reporting capabilities. Responsibilities of qualified candidates will span the full SDLC to deliver scalable services and components with automated testing frameworks that simulate business events/data at normal and elevated processing levels – 10x to 100x – as well as security testing and ability to ensure that business output (pdf, webforms) are re-creatable and supported by underlying data/calculations.

    You Will:

    i. Drive data modelling initiatives and codify data relationships

    ii. Design and build frameworks and micro-services

    iii. Improve reference data, establish workflows and conduct testing to improve data quality

    iv. Employ visualization tools to explore data and solve complex queries

    v. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to build customer

    vi. Establish trusted partnerships with peers, product leads and executive-level stakeholders

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    i. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

    ii. Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go).

    iii. Solid computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structure and algorithms, computer networks, database systems, distributed systems, etc.

    iv. Experience with Agile development

    v. 10+ years of hands-on experience with large scale solutions

    Preferred Qualifications
    i. Master’s, PhD degree, further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.

    ii. Excellent written communication/presentation skills, able to conduct client-facing meetings, output technical blogs addressing general/security topics, great team collaborations.

    iii. 5+ years of experience delivering with financial services or fintech solutions
