    The Private Wealth Management (PWM) business provides end to end Investment Management services and advice across a large range of asset classes for high net worth individuals. PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to onboard clients. Our software helps realize a client’s goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client service.
    The Consumer and Investment Management Division includes Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), Private Wealth Management (PWM) and our Consumer business (Marcus by Goldman Sachs). We provide asset management, wealth management and banking expertise to consumers and institutions around the world. CIMD partners with various teams across the firm to help individuals and institutions navigate changing markets and take control of their financial lives.

    The Investment Management Technology COS/Strategy team is looking for a highly motivated, independent and organized individual to support the business management of Investment Management Technology (IMD Tech).

    • Clearly support the execution of strategic priorities, including managing key projects and programs, as defined by the BU leadership team, acting as an extension and trusted proxy to ensure consistency of cascading messages, as well as conformance with policies and expectations of all staff in the business unit
    • Develop creative, compelling presentations and internal posts to articulate the technology strategy and other leadership messages
    • Branding and communication both internally and externally
    • Critical and Analytical Thinking - Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and exercise a thoughtful approach to decision making
    • Work on both short term, ad hoc requests as well as longer term analyses and projects
    • Work closely and in partnership with internal business partners (HCM, EO, Compliance, Finance and others) as needed on a variety of projects

    • Functional Expertise - Keeps up-to-date with emerging business, economic, market, and regional trends

    • 2- 4 years of experience working in a financial services, and/or technology company
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint
    • Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
    • Highly proactive person who demonstrates initiative and ownership and can work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
    • Fast learner, ability to navigate the organization to get up to speed quickly on key topics
    • Ability to connect the dots across projects and budget activities
    • Strong stakeholder/ relationship management, particularly with senior individuals
    • Fluency required in Excel (VBA knowledge a plus) PowerPoint and Word
    • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
    • Broad knowledge of and interest in Financial Services, GS businesses and Technology
