We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated individual to be part of our Reward team at Goldman Sachs and focus on developing and managing our benefits and wellness programs in the APAC region.
Human Capital Management (HCM) recruits, develops and rewards the people of Goldman Sachs. Our teams design and implement strategies, processes and technologies that help them advance professionally, drive productivity and help the firm and our clients achieve superior results. We look for individuals with strong problem solving and analytical skills, innovative thinking and intellectual curiosity who want to make an impact on the success of the firm’s most valuable asset, its people.
The Benefits and Wellness team in Reward provides high value benefits packages across 14 locations with a focus on engagement, innovation, education and local compliance. We work closely with vendor partners and expert advisors to provide a high quality offering to employees.
The ideal candidate will leverage their substantial benefits expertise to design and deliver a comprehensive benefits programs to over 4,000 employees across the region, working with other internal groups (e.g., Legal, Tax, Finance, and the Vendor Management Office) to deliver a best-in-class programs. You will also be partnering with global counterparts in Americas, EMEA and India as well as colleagues across the HCM function to develop and implement regional and global policies and initiatives.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years (for Vice President) and 2 years (for Associate) of experience in relevant roles such as benefits, wellness, compensation or mobility
Fluency in written and spoken English
