    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Summary:

    The Customer Marketing & Engagement team is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, on-time payments, retention, and growth through omni-channel customer marketing campaigns and partnering across the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences.  We are looking for an analytical and data-drive performance marketer to join our team as a Retention Analyst. 

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Launch data-driven omni-channel campaigns across email, web/mobile, direct mail, telechannel, and content to drive customer retention and loyalty.
    • Lead learning agenda, test design, and implementation. Monitor results and perform campaign analytics. 
    • Create and implement innovative customer-centric marketing strategies with a focus on retention, growth, and cross-sell.
    • Launch innovative new capabilities, offers, and programs to improve customer experience and deliver business results.
    • Partner cross-functionally with agencies, internal stakeholders, and vendors to bring winning customer strategies to market.
    • Develop thoughtful customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver the right message at the right time.
    • Support business engagement with customer service specialists to bring marketing strategies to life and drive business results.

     Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies and assessing results; focus on customer retention and growth a plus
    • Passionate, data-driven, performance marketer with customer focus
    • Analytical marketer with ability to understand and translate data into customer facing action to drive measurable improvement in channel and business performance. SQL experience a plus. 
    • Demonstrated track record driving business outcomes through marketing and servicing channels by rapidly acting on insights and bringing ideas to market with a focus on continuous optimization and test-and-learn
    • Experience developing marketing strategies based on customer insights, gaining organizational alignment, driving implementation, and measuring results
    • Innovative thinker who can problem solve, overcome obstacles, and deliver breakthrough strategies
    • Strong communicator who can effectively gain alignment up, down and across teams
    • Great interpersonal skills. Desire to work collaboratively on diverse cross functional teams
    • Agency, digital and financial services experience are all a plus
    • Team-oriented with an ability to work independently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
