    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    An assistant to provide secretarial and administrative services to 1 partner and a team of 4 people. This is a busy role, demanding role in the Securities division.

    Principal Responsibilities:  

    • Extensive management of complex diaries for the partner and managing directors
    • Co-ordination and management of travel schedules and itineraries for all the team.
    • Co-ordination of meetings, both internal and external.
    • Organisation of client roadshows & conferences
    • High level of responsibility in managing and co-ordinating activities.
    • Processing of administrative tasks ie. Artemis, Expenses etc in a timely manner
    • Office administrative duties for the office

    Experience/Skills:

    • Teamwork – ability to work and support a very team.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to be clear and concise when passing on information.
    • Ability to react multi task and respond quickly to requests
    • Thorough and timely with all administrative responsibilities
    • Ability to use own initiative and to prioritise.
    • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive matters at all times.
    • Composure under pressure.
    • Ability to work in an intense and busy environment
    • Fluent in verbal and written English
