The CRE Warehouse business within the Real Estate Financing Group is looking for a senior Analyst, Associate or junior VP level professional. Position covers full spectrum of first-lien CRE investments, from floating-rate transitional loans intended for CRE CLO securitization, to syndicated construction loans, to fixed rate stabilized loans targeted for CMBS. The role will involve the sourcing and structuring of a variety of CRE credit facilities (repurchase agreements, term financings, secured loans, hybrid securitizations) as well as related capital markets activities including CRE CLO securitization and syndication of credit agreements to institutional partners.
