    Transaction Banking

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

    THE ROLE:

     

    We are looking for a solution architect with deep subject matter expertise on the transaction banking business and strong technical skills. This is a leadership role working closely with our engineering and product teams and interacting directly with client. The goal is to design end to end solutions to help clients leverage our capabilities and easily integrate with our systems. It requires a very good understand of the transaction banking business, our platform and clients’ systems. It also requires excellent oral and written communication and the ability to convey complex solutions to. We expect the successful candidate to deliver the right solutions for our clients and establish strong partnerships with engineering and product peers.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Manage multiple projects and clients at the same time, ability to prioritize efficiently
    • Design, document and communicate end to end solutions for clients looking to leverage transaction banking products
    • Collaborate with global cross functional teams to build customer-centric solutions
    • Establish strong cross-divisional partnerships
    • The ideal candidate is passionate about transaction banking, technology and engineering
    • Candidates must have exceptional ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions
    • Candidate are expected to be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
    • Ability to drive revenue opportunities for TxB products across client base as well as client strategy
    • Contribute to business marketing and communication strategy and planning 

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
    • Subject matter expertise in transaction banking or  payments or corporate cash management (REQUIRED)
    • B.S. or higher in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
    • 5+ years of experience in Transaction Banking
    • 5+ years of experience in a solution architect role or equivalent
    • 3+ years of experience in a software development role
    • Strong understanding of software architecture
    • Comfortable with Agile operating models
    • Team oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Energetic, self-directed, and self motivated

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with microservice architecture
    • Experience with AWS
