The Corporate Treasury Strats team is looking for world class quantitative programmers to work closely with Corporate Treasury partners to employ quantitative analytics to drive optimizations of firm liquidity, cash and collateral management, funds transfer pricing and trade execution strategies. This is an integrated group which both explores new ideas for optimizing the funding management of the firm and also executes trading strategies, all in one team. Marquee Data Services – Engineering Manager
The Marquee team at Goldman Sachs is responsible for delivering digital products to our institutional client base. These tools help to transform and simplify client experiences while generating new revenue streams and business models for a leader in global financial markets. The Technology Risk team protects the systems and data of our firm and our clients, equips our people with understanding and tools to measure risk and enable the use of technology, and evangelizes controls monitoring solutions. The team encompasses Information Security, Governance, Measurement and Security and Incident Response. The global Technology Risk team currently has presence in New York, London, Tokyo, Bangalore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Moscow, Dallas and Beijing. It covers all technology and business areas including subsidiaries and affiliates globally. BUSINESS UNIT AND ROLE OVERVIEW
Federation Compliance provides compliance coverage to the Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Services and Human Capital Management divisions (“the Federation”). This role will specialize in coverage of Americas non-financial regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FINRA Electronic Bluesheets, OATS, MSRB, Short Interest reporting) This role includes:
- Conducting risk identification, measurement and assessment for certain FINRA and SEC non-financial regulatory reporting requirements
- Implementation of new non-financial regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT))
- Monitoring for compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policies, including the identification and investigation of conduct related issues

The SDLC Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining the development tools, controls and processes used by over 8,000 engineers at Goldman Sachs. We need to balance uplift and ongoing improvement of the production environment and existing internal tooling, as well as bringing in industry-standard solutions.
