The Internal Control Reporting and Analysis (ICRA) Team facilitates the firm’s quarterly self-assessment and certification process globally. The primary mission of the ICRA Team is to prepare an auditable evaluation of the firm’s internal control infrastructure, processes and policies to support senior management's certification as required under Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodities (FICC) Technology plays a key role in the firm’s ability to help institutional clients buy and sell financial instruments on liquidity venues

The Secure File Exchange (SFX) Team is responsible for designing, developing and managing the file transfer platform leveraged by the entire firm and its external clients. This highly scalable, highly available platform is facilitating millions of business critical, time-sensitive transactions every day in a secure and audited fashion.

What We DoION Engineering is a newly formed team with a mandate to design and build applications to power market making and risk management for standardized products in FICC. This is a hybrid team with members in both Securities and Technology Divisions. FICC is a large and important business for Goldman Sachs, and substantial revenues for the firm are generated by FICC market making activity. Market making and risk management are highly dynamic and computationally demanding; the systems underpinning these activities must be robust and high performance. ION Engineering meets this challenge by designing systems and applications from the ground-up and taking responsibility for the full application software stack. FICC is active in both electronic and OTC markets, with a product mix that includes interest rates, credit, foreign exchange, commodities, mortgages, loans, and their derivatives.
