OUR IMPACT
The Portfolio Reconciliation Team falls under the broader MVP (Margin, Valuations and Pricing) umbrella, which is within the greater LCO (Liquidity and Collateral Operations) Division. This Division supports all areas of the firm dealing with funding, cash movement, collateral and margin management and pricing. Portfolio reconciliation is responsible for ensuring the reconciliation of positions is accurate and any discrepancy resolved in the given SLA. The team manages a variety of products (mainly derivatives) and is responsible for ensuring clients and 3rd party reconciliation tools receive their reports on a timely fashion according to their requirements. This is a function in line with the new Dodd-Frank requirements.

ETO’s Engineering team apply software engineering to production management services including availability, latency, performance, efficiency, service management, capacity planning & monitoring. ETO Engineers drive automation by building and adopting tools and practices that enable standardization of Technology’s runtime environment. ETO Engineering team uses big data processing, machine learning, real-time streaming analytics and simplified visualization/interaction to give computer systems the ability to learn and automate many of the tasks that humans would normally perform manually to run the bank’s systems.
