OUR IMPACT

The role of the Trading Assistant is an intermediary between Trading and the Federation teams (primarily Operations), to improve risk management and controls, and to facilitate trade booking and resolution to booking related inquiries. The TA will sit with the trading team in Securities and engage with traders to ensure smooth and efficient workflow throughout the lifecycle of a trade.  TAs will be expected to gain an understanding of products, the systems they are booked in, the nuances of how to book such transactions, their associated risk characteristics, as well as overall market structure. The role must engage Operations, Technology, and Strategy teams frequently.
